Kids don't seem to care about the cold, we oldies feel it a lot more. Here in the South West they are still walking round in Shorts, even back in January.
Good to see you are still around Wetjumper. You asked the other day if I had seen your replies to a post. Yes I had, but at that time I wasn't in a position to reply. I still cannot believe that you holidayed at Combe Martin just like we did. And it was the venue for your wet cut offs experience. I used to love the beach there, it was a bit stoney, so I usually wore plastic sandals. the rock pools when the tide was out provided endless entertainment. One of the great things was the unknown depth of them, it was easy to get in too deep, and soak the shirt I was wearing for sun protection.
