That sounds interesting, your Son has a friend who reads WW. So that probably means he has a like minded mate?

Before this experience when he was walking the dog, have you ever seen any previous sign this is one of his things? For example has he ever walked in from school soaking wet saying he got caught in the rain ... that’s a usual first experience. Accidentally getting damp and then saying WTH and just going for it ... a bit like his dog walk. A little encouragement of what he knows he really wants to do and Shazam it’s happening!

That sounds really bad, his Mum doesn’t want ANY contact. What a mean, heartless cow ... I mean he’s still her flesh and blood despite everything else. It’s so good he has a strong loving extended family and a close, accepting Dad like you.

We are quite a close, accepting and friendly community on WW. Your Son would be welcomed with open arms and yeh there are a few kids there now ... and hopefully growing. I think there’s more kids who hang out in the shadows reading, but it’s quite safe for them to post.

So you’re one of those Dads who still give the birds and the beas talk. Wow, you do realise that at 15 he can probably tell you more than you know. Social media has a way of telling kids all they really need to know and some. So many kids watch some sort of porn now, just to keep up with their mates. It’s bad really, takes innocence away.

Covid seems to have caused problems for a lot of family groups. I know a kid who has literally been forced to leave home and live at his Gran’s permanently. It was his fault really, too much aggression and violence at having to follow rules, stay in and ‘lock down’. I can see problems are going to get worse for him in every way. Shame really.
