Charlie's new shorts.

Just a brief account that I thought best posted here rather than the Beach Club or Mud Pit as it is a bit more explicit than most of our posts.

Charlie bought himself a new pair of shorts on-line the other day, not a recognised brand like Nike or Adidas but some Chinese or Far Eastern company bought via Amazon – the label giving size and fabric details and washing/care instructions are in Chinese; very helpful – but they looked good in the on-line photos and didn’t cost a fortune so despite Kevin and me warning him about wasting his money, he went ahead and placed the order. They looked OK; bright red, very shiny fabric (polyester mix of some sort) with a white stripe around the bottom of each leg, elasticated waist with an internal drawstring for a secure fit, no inner mesh brief, a loose fit with an in-seam of 24cm/9.5ins, and a choice of waist sizes, one of which ranged an inch either side of Charlie’s ideal size, so he chose that.

They arrived a couple of days later (the usual Amazon thing of “your delivery is due between 9:00am and 10:00pm” and then it arrived at 9:50pm!) so the next morning Charlie decided he’d wear them for our morning swim and appeared poolside in his very shiny, bright red shorts and his towel over his shoulder, looking very pleased with himself.

“Hey everyone, Charlie’s got himself some new shorts.” Kevin called when he saw him “Bit bright, mate, are you offering sunglasses to everyone now?” he laughed.

“Look like they might be a bit clingy when wet, Charlie, are you prepared to reveal all?” Tom grinned.

“Best to stay dry, mate, and avoid the embarrassment!” was Simon’s advice.

“Hey, uncle Dan, do you remember those blue shorts Jamie had that were shiny like that?” Chris asked.

“Yes I do.” uncle Dan grinned “We banned him from wearing them in public, if I remember rightly…..” he explained, going along with Chris’ story “Maybe Charlie is being sensible and wearing a pair of Speedos underneath them; damage limitation, you know ……… are you Charlie?”

“No, I’m not actually. They’ll be fine – chill out everyone. They’re just a pair of shorts.” Charlie grinned, seemingly oblivious to all the warnings.

In fairness, the shorts looked fine as he stood there ready to dive in. They were loose enough around the groin area and down his thighs and upper legs that they showed no hint of a bulge, at the back they were smooth across his buttocks and the shine of the fabric showed just a hint of the crack between. The leg length was fine, finishing just above his knees.

We continued with our swim and seeing Charlie underwater his shorts looked just like everyone else’s; slightly floaty with occasional hints of the body underneath as the water pushed the fabric against him.

It was when Charlie swam to the side and clambered out that things changed. He was the last out of the water and the rest of us were standing around drying faces and hair with our towels before heading to the showers.

Charlie pulled himself out of the water, pulled a knee onto the side and then stood up. As he did so he automatically tugged at the legs of his shorts briefly before straightening up completely. The wet fabric was stuck to his legs, crotch and butt like it was glued. He shook his legs and moved around as he tugged at the fabric a bit more and a few moments doing that seemed to resolve the problem as far as he was concerned. He stood there grinning at us as much as to say “See, I told you so!”

Tom turned to Simon “What would you say, Simon? Decent length and nice girth for a 16 year old? Obviously not circumcised, about four inches, a pretty decent semi …?”

“Yeah, a reasonable assessment. Might be half decent when he grows up!” Simon grinned.

“Not a great amount of lift on the angle of the dangle, hangs nice and straight though.” Chris added “How embarrassing if the lad got an erection right now?”

“I think he’s about to be embarrassed ……” Kevin laughed as Charlie turned redder that any boy I’ve ever seen and he was suddenly fully erect. No hiding that, however he tried.

“Oh shoot! Maybe I should have worn some Speedos as well.” Charlie groaned as he stepped back, turned and plunged into the pool again. We were all out of the showers, dressed and everyone had dispersed except for me when Charlie emerged again from the pool in a more decorous state, but still with his limp cock plainly outlined under the clingy fabric.

Later that day, Charlie appeared by the pool in his red shorts again but this time the waistband of a pair of black briefs was just visible above that of the shorts and although they still clung mightily as he clambered out of the pool, they were no more revealing than any other pair of wet swim-shorts. Lesson learned. If I were Charlie I think I’d just reserve them for wearing dry and not swimming, but he seems inordinately fond of them and they seem to be his new “go to” shorts now.
